Privacy policy

1. Overview

This policy describes how Agroha Ventures (operated with Bindal Infotech) handles information when you use our web application, including sign-in, profile data, and playbook activity stored with Firebase services.

2. What we collect

• Account: identifiers and basic profile fields from Firebase Authentication (for example email or phone when you choose those sign-in methods).
• Workspace data: onboarding answers, founder score, category sub-scores, and playbook inputs/outputs you save, stored in Cloud Firestore under your user record as implemented in the app.
• Usage signals: product analytics events may be sent to Firebase Analytics / related Google services when configured for the deployment.

3. How we use information

We use this information to operate the product (authentication, saving your playbook runs, showing dashboards and summaries), to improve reliability and product experience, and to meet legal obligations where applicable.

4. Service providers

The product relies on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Analytics, and related infrastructure). Data is processed according to Google's terms and privacy policies in addition to this notice. Error monitoring may use Sentry or similar vendors when enabled for a deployment.

5. Retention

We retain workspace data while your account exists and the service is offered, unless a shorter period is required by law or we implement deletion workflows. Backup and cache copies may persist for a limited time beyond deletion requests, consistent with provider practices.

6. Your choices

Where the product exposes settings, you may update certain profile fields. For account deletion or data questions, contact the operator using the same channels you use for support; we will respond subject to verification and applicable law.

7. Children

The product is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. International users

If you access the product from outside India, your information may be processed in India or other countries where we or our providers operate facilities.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the latest revision. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
